Are you like me right now that after a good and hard workout you can't wait to get home and have that treat you make yourself almost everyday😃... well I'm a black coffee drinker and I socialise with it as well BUT! at some point of the day 😋 I make what I call my "luxurious coffee"😋😆... coffee with hot oat milk and a table spoon full of organic honey! Hmmmm... honestly this does it for me and takes care of most of my sweet cravings... so I'm excited right now as I leave the gym and hurry home🏃🏾‍♀️ as I'm in the mood for my treat.. again right timing of the day as well 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾. Have you been there when you aren't motivated at all to hit the gym ( your main joint! The place where you come alive!) and your nutrition has gone out of the window! And that's just not you... well for me that's been my experience for the past couple of weeks 😫 but what's kept me on are 2 things, wait! actually 3! First 2 for me are the most important - discipline to get into the gym ( when you know you are here now and can't walk out but your body is screaming you should!!😩😩😩😫😫😫) and structure/ routine- I owe this to burnside fitness- thanks Pete for drilling into me the structure we built over the years ( can't wait!! This February to smash 💥 again with you right in my ears, telling me I can do all the workouts you put me on💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾) the 3rd is the encouraging words from family and friends that encourage me to hit the gym when I've made up my mind that I don't want to but then I go...
So the struggles we face are real but it is what you do with the struggles that matter, are we going to allow the struggle we face make us more determined to succeed or are we going to make it destroy us! Nayyy mate... "we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us "...that's my secret right there😉 Enjoy your week, it's up to you to do so. ❤️
